A record of work over time.

Sven develops through component work, experiments and integration. The selected milestones below preserve the scope and date of the original records; they are not a live status dashboard.

Public documentation

A clearer public introduction

This website was revised to explain Sven’s purpose and architecture in ordinary language. Historical component evidence is kept dated, and public information is separated from runtime access and software availability.

Historical architecture record

Continuity across replaceable parts

The Cognitive Continuity architecture connected durable work context with replaceable cognition and execution capacity. It set out relationships among the system’s parts; the architectural composition was not itself proof that every integration was implemented.

Historical experiment

Ennoion capture checkpoint

A synthetic loopback capture recorded 30 passing deterministic tests and encrypted storage. The result applied to that synthetic experiment. It did not establish collection of a real ChatGPT corpus or a public ingestion service.

Reading the record

Dates and scope travel with the result.

A component can pass an experiment while wider integration work remains. A design can be useful before every part has been implemented. Keeping those distinctions makes the development record easier to evaluate.

The September entries describe their respective checkpoints. They should not be read as a claim about the present state of every system component.
